Klong Thoey in Bangkok - Home of Praise , (88 images) We were happy to join our Norwegian friends who are working in Home of Praise in Klong Thoey on Christmas Day. They organized a big party for all in the area, the old and the youngest were all there. We enjoyed performances from all groups of children involved in the Home of Praise. Home of Praise is a day home for children in need of a place when poor parents try to earn money elsewhere in the city. It is supported by the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Thailand. The location is actually under the highway in central Bangkok in the Klong Thoey area. With quite a lot of drug abuse in this poor part of Bangkok city, it is a challenging work Solveig, Dag and Anne and their Thai colleagues are doing.
