A Construction Site at Jomtien Beach. , (39 images) I have just recently been visiting Jomtien Beach. The area is undergoing a major change because of all the apartments and hotels which are under construction now. Watching the work going is a pain when your judge it by normal safety standards. Thailand has a long way to go before it is close to normal safety standards overall. Many of the cheap contractors will avoid all kinds of regulations even the law in Thailand is clear...
